We're the ones who turn up.
FINOVAY exists because the accounting profession's defining failure isn't price. It's silence — and it sounds exactly the same in London, Dubai and Riyadh.
It always starts with a carrier bag.
Every accountant knows the same quiet story. A business owner calls in January, apologetic, with a carrier bag of receipts and a deadline in three weeks. Not because they're careless — because bookkeeping is the one job that's always urgent tomorrow and never urgent today.
And so it slides. Until it becomes a crisis.
FINOVAY was built by a finance professional who spent years inside organisations watching that same pattern repeat, and who concluded that the problem was never the client's discipline. It was the absence of a system. Books don't fall behind because someone is lazy. They fall behind because nobody owns the close.
So we own it.
We close your books on a fixed date, every month. We reconcile what needs reconciling. We tell you what the numbers say, in language you'd use yourself. And when something looks wrong, you hear about it in week two — not in January, in a carrier bag.
We are not the cheapest, and we are not trying to be. We are the ones who turn up.
Five things, and we mean all of them
Right first time
Accuracy before speed. Always. "Roughly right" isn't right when it's someone's tax position.
On the date we promised
Deadlines are commitments, not aspirations. If we say the 10th, we mean the 10th.
Plain English, always
Jargon is a failure of communication, not a sign of expertise. If you don't understand your numbers, we haven't finished.
Honest about our limits
We'll always tell you what we can't do. Every time, and before you've paid us anything.
Your data, your control
Secure, confidential, portable. You can take it all with you, whenever you want, no argument.
The one that costs us money
Value four is the reason we turn away work every month. We think it's worth more than the work.
Real people, real credentials
You'll deal with the same faces every month. That continuity is most of why this works.

Before launch, add a real photograph and a LinkedIn link for the founder. Google's quality raters explicitly look for named, verifiable, credentialled authors on financial websites — an anonymous accounting site in 2026 is invisible in search and untrustworthy to buyers. This page carries more SEO weight than any other on the site.

What we don't do
Most firms bury this in the small print, if they mention it at all. We'd rather put it on the About page.
FINOVAY provides bookkeeping, payroll processing, reconciliations, cloud accounting setup and finance operations support.
We do not prepare or file statutory accounts or tax returns, we do not act as your agent with HMRC, we do not provide tax advice, and we do not perform audit work. Those services require a UK practising certificate, and they should be delivered by someone who holds one.
What we do instead is hand your accountant books that are already clean, reconciled and closed — which usually makes their job faster and their fee smaller. If you don't have an accountant, we'll introduce you to one we trust, and we take nothing for the introduction.
A firm that volunteers the limits of its competence is more trustworthy than one that claims none. We'd rather send you elsewhere than get it wrong.
